Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do you measure the success of programs?

Our programs, which range from awareness-raising events to skill building programs, are designed to deliver meaningful outcomes in disease prevention, health management, and overall well-being promotion. We provide surveys and tools to ensure programs yield efficient and measurable results for participants and providers.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

Our Program team works directly with partnering organizations to train a team member of theirs as a program facilitator. By coordinating  design, delivery, and evaluation together, we provide a flexible, easy to implement, and sustainable model that applies best practices at scale.

How much do programs cost?

All of our program offerings are cost effective and are determined on an individual, case-by-case basis based on partnership structure and community need. We strive to make programs available in a range of funding scenarios to maximize impact.

What organizations can benefit from these programs?

Our program portfolio uses a public health model that empowers community-based organizations to apply proven health improving solutions. We have found success working with health centers, workplaces, universities, and various other community partners.

What audiences can benefit from these programs?

We structure our programs off of a framework that adapts solutions to a wide variety of settings, populations, and needs. In particular, we focus our efforts to help college students and healthcare workers, those struggling with chronic illnesses, and communities of color.

Are programs in-person?

We offer a variety of programs, which include both virtual and in-person sessions, to meet partners’ various program goals. We have proven expertise with both options and offer virtual program implementation capabilities that have successfully delivered across a range of audiences.
