Attendees became aware that his simple, impactful research-based message to reduce loneliness by getting curious, making something, and having a conversation was something they all could do.
Everyone has an opportunity to make others feel connected. Dr. Nobel's presentation and workshop helped our group understand tangible ways in which we can create community and build connections on an individual and organizational level. We were amazed with how people participating in the art project were willing to be vulnerable and share with each other. It was a lightbulb moment for many realizing how art can help create connections.
