Create a sound portrait of someone you love. While the cinematic portraiture in this film is stunning, the audio recordings of Thomas’s singing and stream-of-consciousness soliloquies were just as revealing as the visual portraits. Therefore, use your phone to record a loved one speaking, singing, carrying on with their day. At a later moment, listen to the audio recording together and discuss.

Very sad to see how a man who served this country only returns to be left behind, ill & living with nothing. My assumption is that Thomas wouldn’t want mental health screening or help as he probably thinks his life is what it is.
