Jim is a retired human resources consultant from Willis Towers Watson after forty years with the company, primarily based out of Minneapolis. Prior to retiring, he served in a variety of leadership roles within Willis Towers Watson and predecessor companies, including North America Retirement Practice Leader, North America Retirement Operations Leader, and Pension Administration Leader. He has a wide range of experience in employee benefits consulting and administration operations, responsible for client service, revenue growth, operating financials, and talent development.
Jim has consulted in a variety of industries including health care, utilities, manufacturing, and financial services. Jim was an Associate in the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, and BA graduate of the University of Nebraska.
